Shipping policy
Orders are dispatched within 2-4 business days after the amount is reflected in our account. Shipping of the same may take up to 7 - 10 business working days (within India) and 14-21 days internationally depending on the location for delivery; meaning Saturday and Sunday don't count toward the transit time.
Public holidays and festive season are also taken into account when calculating the transit time.
In certain cases our logistics partner may not be able to service certain pin codes within the country. In the event that this shall happen, our team will contact you and either arrange for a full refund or try to ship it via another mechanism such as India Post.

COD is available only within India.
As we rely on our delivery/courier partners for delivery of products; certain pin codes/area may not be serviceable or may require to be charged an additional amount. Please check with us for the same.
The client will have to bear the consequences for any orders which are returned to Vitamin Di due to any following mentioned reasons -
- Wrong address mentioned.
- Wrong Pin Code mentioned
- Wrong phone number registered while placing the order
In such a case, the client will have to cover additional transport charges for re-shipping the order.
