At Vitamin Di, we take pride in the quality of our products. As a small business, we have a return policy that balances fairness with operational feasibility.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges only for store credit. Refunds will not be issued, except in the rare case of a damaged product (see below).
You must initiate a return request within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:

Items must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging

You must provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase
To initiate a return, contact us at support@shopvitamindi.com.
We will arrange for a pickup; please note this is a chargeable service. Once the item is returned and inspected, we will issue store credit via email.
If the item is returned in unacceptable condition (used, damaged, without tags), it will be sent back to you and no credit will be issued.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@shopvitamindi.com with photographs or video proof.
Please note that slight variations in handmade fabrics (such as cotton crochet) are natural and not considered defects.
In case of a genuine defect:

If approved, a refund may be issued to your original payment method

Final decision on refunds lies solely with the store owner
Exchanges
We do not process one-to-one exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please place a new order. Your store credit can be used for the new purchase once your return is accepted.
Refunds (Applicable Only in Damaged Cases)
If a refund is approved in the case of a damaged item:

It will be processed back to your original payment method

Please allow up to 10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account
